Welcome to the Payson Santaquin Area Chamber of Commerce – a thriving organization with a rich history of supporting local businesses and fostering a stronger community. Established in 1941 by the city of Payson, our Chamber was originally created to unite and strengthen the Payson business community. We encouraged residents to shop locally, providing essential support to our Chamber members.

In 2007, an important transition took place as the city and the Chamber became separate entities, with the Chamber continuing its valuable work as a nonprofit organization. Despite this change, we maintain a close partnership with the City of Payson, collaborating for the mutual benefit of area businesses and residents.

In 2015, an exciting development occurred when the Payson Area Chamber of Commerce merged with the Santaquin Area Chamber of Commerce, giving rise to the Payson & Santaquin Area Chamber of Commerce. This union brought together more local businesses, forming a vibrant and extensive community for our Chamber to serve.

Our influence extends to surrounding areas such as Genola, Goshen, and Elk Ridge.

Today, we proudly serve an expansive area, supporting over 1,400 businesses and a growing community of more than 40,000 residents.

At the Payson Santaquin Area Chamber of Commerce, our mission is clear: to empower business growth in our community. We achieve this by providing essential resources, fostering valuable connections, and offering educational opportunities that contribute to the success of local businesses.

As the voice of local businesses, we actively advocate on behalf of our members at all levels of government. Our goal is to create an optimal business climate that enables our members to thrive and flourish, ultimately boosting their bottom line.

Throughout the year, we organize and host several engaging events that bring the community together. These events serve as a platform for residents to discover local services, create meaningful connections, and enjoy the support of our Chamber through numerous sponsorship opportunities.
