Passport to Summer
Pick up your summer Passport Book starting May 15th from any of the locations shown below (2025 sponsors T/C ). Encourage our kids to get outside and engage in some fun and educational activities. Pick up a book for each child high school age and under or just use one per family and have a FUN packed Summer!
Time to get your business registered for the 2025 Passport To Summer Booklet
We are looking for all our local businesses to participate.
Thank you to the 33 businesses who participated last year. We are looking to get support from at least 50 this year!
Businesses choose up to 3 activities per location to include in the book to encourage fun learning activities for our children this summer!
Here's how it works:
Businesses sponsor one to three summer fun activities that children, High School age or under, would do.
Activities are printed in the "Summer Passport Book" and each participating business receives 10 books to pass out along with one stamp. The remaining books are stored at both city libraries, city offices, and the chamber of commerce office.
Families stop in to one of these locations and pickup books for each child wanting to participate.
Once an activity is completed the child (and parent) bring the book to the business and you stamp their book on the activity page.
While in your business, share what makes your business special and invite them to come back and support local.
On August 9th, we will have a Passport to Summer pool party for the entire family who have at least one book with 3 stamps.
Pizza and raffle prizes will be given out and the event is free to participants thanks to our sponsors.
We plan on printing between 1000 and 1200 books this year that promotes your business to hundreds of families in our community AND
gets them walking in your door to get their books stamped!
Families are motivated to visit your location and get a stamp as the more stamps they get, the more raffle tickets they receive. All participants (including our business partners) are invited to a summer ending pool party held at the Payson pool on August 9th.
We have reserved the entire pool area so there will be plenty of room to enjoy the facility.
